About the role
We are seeking candidates with 3+ years’ PQE, with relevant Dispute Resolution experience gained in a similar commercial law firm environment.
The Dispute Resolution team provides commercial advice to clients who need to resolve a wide variety of disputes either through litigation or alternative dispute resolution. The cases span a wide-ranging spectrum, including;
- specialist media law, tech disputes and acting for household-name tech companies and high-profile clients
- public law judicial reviews
- High Court and Court of Appeal in NI and Ireland
- defamation, privacy and copyright litigation
- emergency, interim and final injunctions
